DEFECTIVE RCI 15CA ELECTRIC STRIKE

We want to remind all clients and fellow locksmiths that RCI15 CA and Peso strikes are entry-level, low-end models. Suppliers clearly advise that there is no warranty on these products.

Recently, we replaced an RCI15 CA strike for a client. It worked for only 3 weeks before failing — buzzing but not opening. We had to replace it at our cost with a new Peso strike. Unfortunately, this resulted in a loss on our part.
