  • Send a picture of your gripset
  • They will send a replacement part if it’s under warranty

⚠️ Note: If you’re locked out at night, Weiser won’t help.

2️⃣ Call Shay Locksmith

  • We can open your door safely, without damage
  • After that, you have options:
    • We replace the part for you (additional cost; parts are purchased separately, warranty is only available through Weiser)
    • You handle replacement yourself (if we need to return to re-install, additional charges apply)

⚠️ INSTALLATION MATTERS

When buying a Gripset lock, make sure it is installed correctly.

  • Many broken parts are NOT Weiser’s fault
  • Often caused by improper installation by door installers or DIY attempts
