- They will send a replacement part if it’s under warranty
⚠️ Note: If you’re locked out at night, Weiser won’t help.

- We can open your door safely, without damage
- After that, you have options:
- We replace the part for you (additional cost; parts are purchased separately, warranty is only available through Weiser)
- You handle replacement yourself (if we need to return to re-install, additional charges apply)

When buying a Gripset lock, make sure it is installed correctly.
- Many broken parts are NOT Weiser’s fault
- Often caused by improper installation by door installers or DIY attempts
